Shipping policy

We do not currently ship outside of the United States.

US Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99. We predominately use USPS but will use UPS and FedEx when required for certain products and occasions. Regardless of the shipping service used, our flat rate will always be the same: $7.99 per order.

As an added bonus, we offer free shipping to the continental US on all orders over $50. No code, sale, or extra hassle required!

You will be notified via email when your purchased items ship and will be provided with a tracking number for each of your shipments. Orders will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 7 days. On average, items will take 4-9 business days to arrive.

We ask that you contact our customer service department if your order has not arrived 14 business days after you were notified that it shipped. In this case, send an email with the subject "Order Not Received" to customerservice@sheepdogindustries.us - please include your order number and list which product(s) from your order have not yet arrived.

Please note that orders may be shipped in separate packages. Some of the products we carry ship directly from the manufacturer, and others are kept in different warehouses. Remember that whether your order is in one package or ten, shipping will be the same flat rate (or free after $50)!

Our shipping rates and free shipping qualifiers are subject to change. Temporary changes to these rates during sales or specials will not be reflected in this Policy.
